As we are relocating to Florida, USA, for work reasons in 2026, we are delighted to open our home to families and those seeking peace and quiet.Your local hosts: To ensure that you are well looked after during your stay, we have placed the management in professional hands. Mirco and Swantje are your main hosts and direct contacts on site. They take care of all the organizational details and check-in and are always available to answer any questions you may have.Highlights:Large open-plan living area with dining room, kitchen, and living room, including a fireplace with direct access to the garden and terrace.The kitchen was newly installed in 2025 and has everything you need.The wooden ceilings and our natural furnishings create a very cozy atmosphere. In winter, it's wonderfully cozy thanks to the fireplace. In summer, it's pleasantly cool thanks to very good insulation and pleasantly cool tiles.The living area is located in the basement with access to the terrace and garden, with an open kitchen and adjoining dining room. The guest bathroom with bathtub and a small bedroom are accessible from the hallway. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower.
