Our vacation apartments are equipped with a smart door lock.
Enter the code at the code lock on the front door so that you have access throughout your stay.

The code is valid from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.
During your next visit, you will receive a new code.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
As cleaning begins at 11 AM, a timely check-out is requested.
Upon request, we would be happy to arrange individual times.
Are there parking facilities?
Yes, one free parking space is available directly at the property.
All other vehicles must be parked on the street.
Parking here is free.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
What are the cancellation policies?
For direct bookings, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will apply.

What payment options are available?
For direct bookings, we accept bank transfers and PayPal.
A deposit of 30% plus a security deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included and will be freshly provided.

Additional Costs – Fair Billing Based on Consumption
In order to offer you the most affordable overnight rates, we calculate the additional costs (electricity, gas & water) separately based on your actual consumption, completely transparently and without markup. You only pay for what you have actually used.
How it works
Upon arrival and after departure, we read the meter readings and document them with a photo. This way, everything can be billed fairly and transparently. The billing takes place after check-out via the Airbnb service.
Our prices (1:1 our purchase prices, without profit)
Electricity: 28 ct/kWh (individual meter)
Gas: 15.13 ct/kWh (individual meter)
Water: 98 ct/cbm (calculated proportionally)
For context: Previous guests have averaged only about €2.09 per day for additional costs, so it's really manageable!
