Hand infusion at the push of a button: the Melitta EPOS in Black-Chrome
August 2026Your morning coffee is now brewed by the Melitta EPOS. Its water outlet rotates 360 degrees and changes direction, pouring in circles just like someone who filters by hand. It grinds the beans just before brewing, with three grind settings from fine to coarse, and moistens the coffee grounds first before the actual brewing starts. With the open filter, you can watch the process, and the glass carafe holds eight cups for the whole group.
Drying laundry without worrying about rain: the Leifheit LinoProtect 400 rotary dryer
April 2026The new Leifheit LinoProtect 400 rotary dryer features a waterproof roof that protects your laundry from rain showers, dust, and sun with a UV protection factor of 80. With 40 meters of line, it can dry up to four loads of laundry, and there are eight hanger holders for shirts and blouses to ensure nothing gets creased. This way, you can hang out your swimwear and hiking clothes outside even in changeable weather.

October 2025Upon arrival, zeroLabs non-alcoholic beer awaits you, once as a sleek, hop-forward bitter Future Pilsner and once as a naturally cloudy Unfiltered 0.0 with Hallertau hops and Bavarian spring water. The alcohol is gently removed in a vacuum after brewing, rather than stopping the fermentation, which is why it tastes like beer and not sweet like many non-alcoholic options. Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law, sugar-free and low in calories, with 0.0 percent alcohol. This way, you can relax and toast after hiking or biking and still be able to drive. When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm, check-out is until 11:00 am.
As cleaning starts at 11:00 am, please check out on time.
We’re happy to arrange individual times on request.
Arrival is contactless: our holiday apartments have a smart door lock. You’ll receive your personal code before you arrive.
Are there parking options?
Yes, one free parking space is available directly at the property.
All other vehicles must be parked on the street.
Parking here is free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
What are the cancellation policies?
For direct bookings, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will apply.

What payment options are available?
For direct bookings, we accept bank transfers and PayPal.
A deposit of 30% plus a security deposit is due at the time of booking.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included and will be freshly provided.
Additional towels can be provided if needed.
Additional costs – Fair billing based on consumption
In order to offer you the most affordable overnight rates, we calculate the additional costs (electricity, gas & water) separately based on your actual consumption, completely transparently and without markup. You only pay for what you have actually used.
Here's how it works
Upon arrival and after departure, we read the meter readings and document them with a photo. This way, everything can be billed fairly and transparently. The billing will take place after check-out through the Airbnb service.
Our prices (1:1 our purchase prices, without profit)
Electricity: 28 ct/kWh (individual meter)
Gas: 15.13 ct/kWh (individual meter)
Water: 98 ct/cbm (calculated proportionally)
For context: Previous guests have averaged only about €2.09 per day for additional costs, so it's really manageable!
