- The 5 % commission is retained automatically on each payment (Stripe Connect application fee).
- A host's booking website goes live once their Stripe Connect account is fully set up.

## Included for every host
- Own booking website with own domain and branding
- Booking engine, calendar and iCal sync
- Online payment via Stripe Connect
- Guest inbox (WhatsApp and email) with AI reply drafts
- Guest records, reviews, guest guide
- GDPR templates (imprint, privacy policy, terms)

## Comparison
- Airbnb: most hosts pay a 15.5 % service fee per booking under Airbnb's single-fee structure, deducted from the payout (remaining hosts typically 14 to 16 %). Source: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1857
