- If an apartment is free, the next day. The door opens with a code, no key handover.
- What is included?
- The whole apartment with furniture, kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. What applies to utilities is listed with the monthly price of each apartment.
- Who gets the invoice?
- The invoice is made out to the insured household and carries the claim number. If you assigned your claim to us, we send it to the insurer directly.
- What if the repairs take longer?
